What is the emotional impact of sight and hearing loss?

Meet Tracey - who, at 62, was finding her sight and hearing loss was taking a toll on her mental health. Find out how she has benefited from our specialist support and free counselling service, which gives people living with sight and hearing loss a safe place to talk.
Counselling has helped Tracey be more open with her family, and feel more like herself again. “It was a huge weight off my shoulders, feeling like I no longer had to keep everything to myself,” she said.
